Hey what's up fellas. I'm thinking of upgrading my RAM and had a few questions. I was planning on going with the 2x8gb Corsair Vengeance from newegg but im concerned about getting the wrong one in terms of ram timing and voltage. How can i check what timing and voltage i need?

Also - would gaming performance see a significant jump from 8gb to 16gb?

Thanks! First Post!

Go to OWC, find your machine, and buy that memory. Foolproof and the memory always works. They will also tell you the max memory your particular machine will handle.

Yes that RAM will work and its awesome.

OWC sucks, avoid them at all cost. Horrible Customer Service.
