Hi, what kind of RAM sticks should I buy for my mid 2007 macbook 2,1 (core 2 duo) ?

I'm not a hardware pro but you can upgrade them with two 1 GB's. Your cannot upgrade it more than this.
I've got the same mac and I think it does not really matter what kind. It is recommendable though!

They take 200-pin PC2-5300 (667MHz) DDR2 SO-DIMMs. They can take two 4Gb sticks and see a maximum of 3.3Gb.

I think you mean two 2GB sticks......

MacBooks 2,1 (mid 2007 models) will work just as happily with PC6400 sodimms and these are usually slightly cheaper than PC5300.

Some details for you:

Maximum RAM 3.0 GB (Actual) 2.0 GB (Apple)
Type of RAM Slots 2 - 200-pin PC2-5300 (667MHz) DDR2 SO-DIMM

Yea. I typed that too early in the morning. I wish my Blackbook could work with 4Gb sticks.
