RAM - which kind?

Hey all -

As most of you know, I've ordered a mac pro, which is due to arrive monday - my next purchase is ram (of course).

I've heard suggestions on what kind of ram to get: Omni, OWC, and, of course, crucial.

I'm looking to get 2X2GB - are the 3 listed above that much different than each other other than price?

Omni: $279.99
Crucial: $379.99
OWC: $399.99

Looks like a good deal for ECC RAM.
