the difference is in price and one of them is pc5300 while the other is 5400. im going to put these in a blackbook that im goign to buy sometime next week are they compatible?

I've always used Crucial and I haven't had any problems with them. I recently bought 2 2GB Crucial for my wife's Macbook for 39.99 on sale after rebate. Fry's was running that special. Awesome deal. She doesn't really need 4GB on her Macbook, but for $40 I couldn't pass it up.

It is still on sale, but for 54.99 now after rebate for the Crucial 4GB 2x2 kit. Still a great deal.

Nope. There was a discussion on this a while back on this forum and there is no difference.
