Ok, I am ready to purchase ram for my Black MacBook 2.4. I am going with 4gGB (2 x 2GB). I have read lot of great reviews on Crucial memory and also heard that it is made by Micron who is one of the makers of ram for Apple (Samsung and Hynix are the others). I just got off the phone with a Tech guys at the Apple store and he recommended Ramjet. He mentioned that he has never seen any problems with Ramjet and has seen some issues with Kingston and Crucial.

The price difference on both of these are,
$51.99 for 4GB from Crucial

$118.00 for 4GB from Ramjet

Does anyone have any recommendations? Any experience with Ramjet? Who makes the ram for Ramjet?

Thanks for any help! :)

He probably has never seen problems with Ramjet because there is way way more Crucial RAM out there.

Presumably at least.

Go for Crucial. There a great company, far cheaper, and if, for some reason something goes wrong their warranty is great.

Funny... I just had one of the Tech gals recommend Kingston. But I have heard more people in more places under more circumstances suggest Crucial over everything else.
