I ran CarbonCopyCloner twice in a row using the default settings and it picked up an additional 2k+ more files. I would think that it wouldnt pick up anything except maybe some system or pref files that changes on a reboot.
Is this a bug in the software? How can I be sure that CCC really backed up all of my data unless I compare the backup drive to the original drive?
Any ideas?
EDIT:
I originally post that it picked up 2k+ more files. I ran CCC again, and it did the same thing. What is misleading is the dialog
"Copying Files....
Applications/....."
I see CCC running through lots of files. Is it copying those files? At the bottom of the window it states "Data copied: 9.99MB" This hasnt changed and its halfway thru copying the files.
Is CCC really copying all of these files? If so, why? None of them changed since I last ran CCC.
