My iMac's (over three years old) HDD crashed a few weeks ago and it was replaced. Of course, now I'm paranoid. I ran Disk Utility after it took a few bounces to open iTunes and this came...

Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent” has been modified and will not be repaired.

I tried Repairing but it failed. Should I be worried?

Thanks in advance.

That error is safe to ignore. All Macs running 10.4.6 and higher have that error. That and the Java related errors are normal. Nothing to worry about.
