Today, i ran over my Iphone.
My upgrade isn't till 3/28/10.
My 1st iphone i purchase back in Nov 2008, broke in 6 months. I had to purchase another Iphone, making another family line to get the discounted price.
Their is no apple store near me or whatsoever, Only AT&T.

What do i do now? If i do send it to applecare, i'm sure i wont have my phone back in 2 weeks.
Can i make another family line, and get a new iphone with the discounted price?

You can take your flat as a pancake iPhone to the Apple store and get a new one for $199 since it is no longer covered by warranty.

No, you can not do that. The $199 OOW is not when the iPhone is in pieces (or whatever shape it's in, pan cake, if you will). See the Apple website.

http://www.apple.com/ca/support/iphone/service/faq/#warranty7

For example, an iPhone that has failed due to damage or liquid damage is eligible for Out-of-Warranty service. However, certain damage is ineligible for OOW service, including catastrophic damage, such as the device separating into multiple pieces, and inoperability caused by unauthorized modifications.

Was it in anybody's pocket at the time ?, you may be able to claim on that person's insurance.
