Rand McNally GPS

I am trying to update my Rand McNally GPS First time I have done it on my Mac. Unable to get Dock to load Any help?

You did not mention which Mac OS you are using, but a quick search provided a link with the requirements:

I do not have a Rand McNally GPS, but hopefully then information from the Rand McNally site will help.
