RANDBETWEEN function in iWork '08 Numbers

I'm trying to create a template for notecards for our APWH class that randomly generates a page number in the chapter and a random date from the chapter. I figured out how to use the RANDBETWEEN function to generate the random number between an upper and lower value, but when I print 25 sheets, they are all the same number. Is there any way to create a random number for every sheet you print or at least generate new numbers without changing a cell value?
