iPhone Random Characters when typing.

Since I've upgraded to ios 13 on my Iphone X, it has been inserting random characters when typing. Mostly the letters "CB", when typing a text. Has anyone else had this issue or know what's causing it?

Edit: I just turned off the slide to text ....looks like it stopped it.
