Well every so often after turning on my Macbook Pro, I get a random dialogue box that flashes for a fraction of a second. I can never read the dialogue since it doesn't even last a second. All I can say is that it has a yellow symbol on it and it appears after turning on (Kind of like the one up there ^^^). I noticed it started happening after I tried to setup MobileMe. Any help is appreciated!

Still happening

There is only one registered user in my Mac. It still happens every other time I turn my computer on.
Typically it happened after I'm logged in. After I open my first program (lets say Safari), while it's loading Safari the dialogue box appears and then disappears

You completely missed the purpose of that question. Create another user, and log in to it. It splits the search area depending on whether it happens to another user.
