Random icon getting resized on my desktop?

Something is changing a random icon on my desktop to a smaller version of that icon, while the others all remain the same size.

I change my view options to a different icon size (52x52/ 56x56, etc) but another random icon gets changed.

Examples:

60x60 view (still ok) (thumbnail - click to make larger)


52x52 view (folderlister icon made tiny) (thumbnail - click to make larger)


56x56 view (folderlister icon fine but storage drive icon made tiny) (thumbnail - click to make larger)



I know it's only a matter of time until an icon in 60x60 gets ruined, so:

Is there a way to fix this & "reset" the icons?

Dammit, I did another reset permissions and reboot and it's fixed.

Nevermind. All that time writing the post. Sorry.
