Random & Intermittent Trackpad Issue - Force Touch No Lookup/Preview

Sometimes when I force click the trackpad with the cursor pointing to a word in Safari or an attachment to an email in Mail app, there is no lookup or preview window popping up as what it supposes to. However, the trackpad does give me the feedback with 2 clicks, which means the trackpad knows I am clicking it with extensive force.

M1 MBA with Big Sur 11.1.
