Random iOS 16 update overnight

So I was on public beta 3, but saw I had an update pending on my iPad and iPhone overnight.. v 20A5349b

What's the deal? I don't see any news outlets covering a new Public beta release and the timing of the update is odd.

Anyone else see that?
