Random read and write speed

I read that random read and write speed of small files is the most important metric for benchmarking a hard drive's speed, so what are the random read and write speeds of the rMB? (Base model to be specific)

Is there a substantial difference in random read and write speeds between the SSD in rMB base model vs rMBP base model or 256 GB model?
