random restart & high data

For the past week or so, my 5s has been randomly restarting. I've also noticed that my data usage has gone through the roof.
It was doing this a few months ago but I updated the software version and it stopped. Until now.

Anybody have any idea what's going on? The closest Apple store is about an hour away so I'm really hoping someone can help.

Have you tried resetting some settings, like network settings?
