I love having my screensavers randomized, but by default OS X (I'm using Panther) includes the Pictures folder and an iPhoto import as options within the randomizer. Well, I don't use iPhoto or the Pictures folder, so the randomizer kept "landing" on one of those options and giving me blank screens with error messages saying "this folder is empty." (Well, duh. That's why Apple should get over this new thing about forcing us to use their file structure whether it fits the logic of our files or not.) I was getting these "broken" screensavers several times a week, so I got fed up and deleted those modules from the screensavers folder.

Only, now my screensaver is really broken. Ever since I did that, the randomizer won't work at all. The screensavers never start up, and the Energy Saver panel always has an alert saying it will come on before the screensaver -- even though the Energy Saver is set to half an hour and the screensaver to 3 minutes. Anyone have an idea how to fix this, please? Preferably without having to put up with the blank screens, but at this point I'd even be willing to do that.
