Random selection when browsing on iPad

Do you guys experience while browsing the web on your iPads that it randomly select/mark areas on the website and offers you to open it in a new tab or bookmark? I notice this in particular when browsing through this forum. It's always the lower left side and it's really annoying.

Another thing: my on-screen keyboard activates itself after completing a post and won't go away. Please, tell me this is an Air issue. I'd hate to see this continuing on once I get my Pro.

I don't think it's an air issue as such. I think it's down to page rendering or specific app functionality. I've noticed that when I'm using Tapatalk and responding to a text by dragging the overlay, sometimes a random thread gets tapped on automatically. No idea why that happens and it's really annoying.
