Hi, occasionally my iPhone has been randomly shutting down. It's happened both when its on charge and when it's not on charge. I can't turn it back on by plugging it in or holding the power button. I can only turn it back on by pressing the home and power buttons at the same time for 10 seconds. Does anyone know why this happens? I have been using a 3rd party charger and it seems to be faulty as it keeps charging and then not charging. Could this be the cause? Could this have damaged the iPhone? I have stopped using the faulty charger.
