random shutdown

Hi,

right when I leave my mac alone for like 5mins (inactive) it pops up the "do you wish to shutdown?" with the buttons 'restart, sleep, cancel and shutdown' but if i dont click on it quick enough the machine just turns off !?! What the hell is going on? its only started yesturday :( any help?
