Greetings,
I have a Macbook Pro from 2006. 2.16 Dual Core 32bit 2 gb of ram and upgraded 7200 hard drive running Snow Leopard 10.6.4 and I am getting a random OS spinning wheel hang while doing normal non intensive use. I am not possitive, but it seems to have been caused by the last OS update. Well, I at least don't remember it happening before this. I have tried resetting my pram and repairing my permissions but it has not helped. It does not seem to be program related but rather system. For instance, I will get the spinning wheel for no reason at all at the finder but if I click into the window of lets say Word it does not spin but I click back to finder and it continues to spin until it is done doing whatever it is doing.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
