Random sound loop

I have a MacStudio32Gb, a BenQ32” screen. I use a Logitech webcam with speakers as the screen has none.

Can anyone tell me why it randomly started to loop a segment of my voice to other users of zoom? It hasn’t done it for months and months and today started 90 minutes in to a presentation I was making to a camera club.
