Random vibrating

Sometimes I may be using mi iPhone 5s 16gb and my phone will randomly vibrate. I get no notification on the top of the screen and I haven't received an email. And ideas what is causing it?

Ive experience this since the iphone 4 lol dont know if its all in my head or game/app that i turned off the notification but still vibrates.

You might have an email rule to automatically move a particular sender or subject to Trash. Next time it happens, check your email Trash to see if you just got one.

Perhaps some other notification from an app (that might be set up not to appear in notification center or anything like that).
