Random wake up with the lid closed. HELP!!

Lately my MBP keeps randomly waking up from sleep. Sometimes, even though the lid is closed, the Apple logo will randomly light up. What can be causing this???

Turn off "Wake for network access" in the Energy Saver preference in System Preferences.
