random white icons appearing when Install/uninstall

has there been a fix for this yet, or is everyone just dealing with it?

i'm talking about when you install or uninstall an app, adsheet and many others appear on your springboard, and you have to respring to get rid of them

not complaining, just seeing if I have missed anything over the few weeks of me not paying attention...

Its been happening for a while now and no fix besides a restart or respring.

I saw that a while back when it was first released, but I wasn't sure if it fixed the random apps turning white, or the added white icons that come while installing/uninstalling apps.

This app is useless, all it does is respring your phone and it does NOT prevent the blank icons from reappearing again down the down. Again it's a usless app.

Im not installing or trying out any new cydia packages on my 4S for a while.
