iOS Random Word

I have been creating this game that puts a random word on the screen, but am not sure of the best way to 1: save this list of words - what format? (I need to be able to select either 3 letter words or 4 letter words, so maybe 2 lists) and 2: read them in and get a random word from these very long lists.

Store them in an a table in a sqlite3 database file?
