Ranking Problem Battlefield 2142

Hey,
I recently installed the mac version of Battlefield 2142 on my MacBook Pro. I can play the game quite good with a decent speed, but when I earn points then I always remain a recruit when I play the next time. I even tried reinstalling, but still I don't get any grades, so I can't unlock the other weapons.

Can someone help me ? Should I save the game (where can I save it then ?)

EA's servers often have issues with the ranking system. When I started playing, I experienced an issue similar to yours. Try joining a few games on different servers to see if that helps. Sometimes, certain servers seem to send the data to EA at a slower rate.

You should rank up in a few hours or so. If the issue isn't resolved by Tuesday, just email EA to see if they can help.

I had this even on Windows, likely EA is having more issues, you will get all your ranks at once.

Be sure your not wearing headphones and trying to snipe when you do....

I now am getting rank in the Multiplayer, but not in the Singleplayer : is that normal ?
