Alright. So I actually managed to get my new 13 inch retina display Macbook infected in a week. I think it's infected with the Reveton ransom ware.

On the screenshot is what I'm dealing with. It doesn't let me turn Safari off.

I have tried scanning with ClamXav but nothing was found. I'm really desperate for help.

I'm pretty sure it is simply that particular web page that is hijacked. If you can't close Safari normally, Force Quit it. Then don't go back to that website. The page you noted is targeting PCs (Windows). Windows software can't run on OS X, so I'm pretty sure you can just Quit Safari and go on your merry way.
