So a bit of backstory.
I was sending email to a company about services, and they quote a Sydney time that’s in the morning.
However, take a look at Siri’s “found an event suggestion”.

I AM ********* PHYSICALLY IN SYDNEY RIGHT NOW YOU *******?

Rant over.

ical / ics is superior for such tasks :)

I never use Siri. Siri never understands me and can't perform basic tasks, such as changing the wlan interface status (e.g. from client/adhoc to AP mode) or rebooting the phone.

Text2Speech is also horrible. When I get a text in German, it sounds like a native English speaker, who never talked a german sentence, tries to read it.

More of a UI/UX thing as the time is correct, it’s just showing it as the UTC value.
When I add the event to my calendar, the time filled in the calendar event is my local time 23:30 to 00:30. Yes I can change it but that’s not the point. Siri just got the time wrong, simple as that.

Siri is horrible, its just too limiting, and what it does do, it doesn't seem to do very well. The only thing I use it for is to call the wife or kids while I'm driving, i.e., hands free or the homepod. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I mostly use Siri to turn on and off my HomeKit lights from my watch.

I use Siri mostly when I am driving

To get directions
To send/reply to messages
To play specific albums or songs on my iPhone
To make phone calls

Overall, pretty reliable.
