So I’m annoyed. I chatted Apple asking about my order. It’s ready for pickup Wednesday (titanium Apple Watch), but I’m at work. I want to pick it up Saturday morning. Apple iMessage support tells me to call the store. I call the store but the automatic answering service that is supposed to figure out your question keeps telling me this pre-configured answer! 😡😡😡 I called 4 different times trying different answers.
I just want to know. What’s the earliest I can pick up an order without an appointment meet (my original appointment past already). Can I go there at 8am my preferred time given it’s in LA and traffic is gonna suck at 10am when the store actually opens?
they’re a billion dollar company you’d think they can hire someone to answer the stupid phone.
