Im sorry if this is a dupe but with so many new threads popping up here minute by minute, I had trouble finding an answer for the following question:

I have read on several threads that Verizon LTE iPad is a data hog and people were going through hundreds of megs in a single day!!!

I haven't seen a single person report that about the AT&T LTE iPad.

Has anybody had the same experience here?? Is the AT&T iPad eating through your data allotment faster than expected?!? Thanks all.

Sure they were using data fast.

They can now do things that were previously maddeningly slow to do.

They get carried away and blow through the 2 gigs fast.

This the the basic issue with the current data plans. They are too small for real LTE usage.

So, LTE is really going to be a dual edged sword for many people.

The pages and apps use the exact same amout of data packets. Just watch your usage or get a bigger plan. Or, buy an AT&T unlimited SIM, no worries then.
