rapidshare/megaupload client with web interface: does it exist?

Is there a client like jdownloader or speed download which has a web interface like Transmission or SabNZB+? I want to be able set up remote downloading while I'm at work.
 
bump... I'm still looking for a way to have my HTPC at home download stuff while I'm at work. I really don't want to have to use VNC just to pass some URLs.
