hi! wondering if this is a good deal or not.

in the market to find a friend a macbook pro.

we came across this ad for a 15" macbook pro. its the 2.2 with glossy high res screen. the buyer is including both the 8gb upgraded sticks and the og 4gb sticks. comes with a incase slim case, applecare, box, charger, etc etc.

hes looking for about 1650. Your thoughts guys? is this one of those "too good to be true" type deals? i would be DEF checking it out thoroughly, serial number, system info, activity monitor, bottom of case, etc etc. i'll be sure to be sure on everything. just wondering if this is something i should hop on quickly!!

oh yeah, it was bought in early may. condition is 9.5/10 (single scratch next to rubber feet according to him)

first gen i7 or second gen i7, i see a couple of posts like that. Upgraded, new, cheap, they usually fall on the basic rule; "if its too good to be true it probably is."

just got back from the deal!

after a thorough check out we decided to take it.

its the 2011 model with high res, applecare, etc.

so the consensus is 1650 is an amazing deal?

want to be sure cause i would feel bad if it isn't after telling my friend he should hop on it asap.
