Rather urgent help needed

I have just backed up my system with a CCC and done a clean install

Got all my files and apps back by transferring individual folders.

Although app data is missing as its asking me to reinput serials?

Anyway - ive lost all my contacts from address book and calender entrys .. where can i find these to copy please please please

You should use the migration assistant to transfer your previous user (in the carbon copy cloner backup) to the new install.

I have managed to get my contacts back from a CCC back up of an old SL

however i have hundreds of calender apps & iphone backups in a CCC backup of GM Lion. How do i recover those?
