Shouldn't when i rate my songs on iTunes these ratings be transfered also to my iPodNano so i have them rated there too just like they are in iTunes?

is it that im not defining exactly my question here or might it be that there is no answer to this question?

Yes, ratings should transfer over when you sync.

Try syncing again? Do you see zero stars instead of a rating or no rating at all? Explain your problem more fully? Maybe then we can help you...

there are no stars on the songs, and im not sure if the sync is correctly working, how can i erase all the songs in my ipodnano so i make a new sync?

I don't think you need to erase them all - just connect it to your computer with iTunes again so it syncs... If yours isn't set to automatically sync when plugged in, open iTunes, and manually press the sync button when it shows up under devices.

i need to make a new correct sync because songs i newly put in itunes cannot be synced! so i might as well try a new fresh sync, but how do i erase all the songs (of course i don't want to erase videos)

I still don't get it, but okay...

1. Connect your ipod to itunes
2. Go to the music tab under devices
3. Uncheck "sync music"
4. Confirm the warning that (likely) pops up
5. Click sync => your ipod is now without music
6. Recheck the same box
7. Sync again (this might take a while depending on how much music you have because it now has to add it all again)
8. New copy of music is now on your ipod

If the songs have ben rated in itunes the ratings should be updated every time you sync, so I don't know that this is necessary, but good luck either way.

ok all works now
maybe this issue stands because my ipod is synced with another itunes library (my mac at work) but i have exactly the same songs, i dont know why this happened

Yep, that would be the reason why... An ipod can only sync with one computer at a time, and even if the songs are identical, it won't matter if they're rated on your home computer if they weren't rated at work. Glad you figured it out :)
