Ratting in earpiece during phone call

Any idea how to fix this?
Or will they replace the phone for this?
I also have the light leak from the edge by the bezel...

the headphones are garbage... turn the volume down....

light leak? bring to apple store or use their online help... they'll call you back right away and you can tell them whats going on.
