Rattling again...but on a call

I got my 4S yesterday direct from Apple. Tapping around the back creates a rattle but not enough to bother me. What does annoy me, though is that it rattles quite a lot when I'm on a call and the volume is up high, distorting the other person's voice. Do any of you guys with the rattle have this issue?

I have this exact same issue. I don't really notice much of the rattle you hear when you tap the phone, but the vibrating rattle noise I hear during a phone call is super annoying. I think I am going to go exchange my phone for a replacement today. It just sucks because the screen and battery on this phone are fine, plus the fact that this is actually a replacement for my first 4S.

I'd be interested to how you get on at Apple. I have a Genius appointment booked for Sunday and I'm hoping for a replacement.
