iPhone 11 Pro RAVPOWER Fast Charge works fine with XS Max but not with 11 Pro Max

My RAVPOWER Fast Charger, I Just found that it doesn't work with Iphone 11 Pro Max. It works fine with an Iphone XR running IOS 13.1.1 and a Iphone XS Max running 13.1.1, but blinks blue and no charge on Iphone 11 Pro Max running IOS 13.1.1. Anyone else seeing the Pro not working on some of the cheaper wireless chargers out there?
