iPhone 14 Pro Max RAW Photos taken on 14 Pro Max do not sync to iCloud/photos on Mac or other devices

I took a bunch of RAW photos yesterday with my new 14 pro max. All of my settings are correct yet 24 hours later none of the RAW photos have synced to the photos app on my Mac or other Apple devices. I really need them to sync. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong or if I'm missing something? There isn't a jpeg version or any version of these specific photos I took anywhere except the phone I took them on. All other regular jpeg photos I took on the same shoot did sync correctly. It's just the RAW

Large photos and videos sometimes won't sync until you're charging and / or connected to Wi-Fi. ProRAW photos have been syncing from my 14 Pro Max to my iMac just fine, though, so it's definitely possible to get it to work. Not sure if it makes a difference, but I do have "Download Originals to this Mac" checked in Photos > iCloud settings on my Mac.
