Ray of hope for AT&T orders...

I was reading AT&Ts statement concerning thier preorders. They said they would wait and see if more inventory shows up before accepting more preorders. Unlike Apple, AT&T only offers preorders for devices shipping for June 24. They aren't selling for later dates. So the ray of hope is this: if you have an existing order and AT&T reopens preorders before next Tuesday, then you got through.

My guess would be that those who preordered from AT&T and will get their phone late will get an email saying so. Though, until I see the shipping info Tuesday or Wednesday, I know I'll still be nervous.

Tuesday/Wednesday is the day we will all know for the 24th shipping service.

any extra supply of phones that becomes available will be through Apple they are not going to ship supplies to other retailers until they get their supplies back up.
