I have the razer imperator connected, I installed the driver, I checked the settings, it seems to be set at 5600dpi, but it doesn't feel like 5600dpi. I need to move it around more at 5600dpi to get from 1 side of the screen to the other, than I do on my windows pc - with dpi set to 4900 :S

Might be related to OSX's different mouse acceleration curve. I'm not sure whether the Razor driver overwrites it or not. :/

Mac OS X's Mouse Acceleration Problem

thanks, I kindda fixed the problem, but the mouse is acting strange, not as accurate as my old imperator on windows - decided to try the apple magic mouse

Has to be something between the Razer driver and/or how OS X controls mouse speed which is different from Windows. My DeathAdder acts the same, though I've got used to it but found that it performed much better under Windows than it does OS X.
