Razor transfer "Not Supported" (Did I stump MacRumors on my first question?)

I'm FINALLY in the MacLife! I have a new MacBook Pro and my Razor phone and Pro see each other, but after I mark my pictures on my phone and bluetooth them I get a "Service Not Supported" window on the phone. My guess is that for some reason, although I can send the pic to my wife's phone in a message, and I can get and send ringtones to my daughter's phone via BT, my phone service is not set up to bluetooth pictures? Does anyone know anything about this? This is my first experience with the forum and I appreciate your help. Meanwhile, I have a call into US Cellular
