RCS broken in iOS 18.4 RC2 on Visible

After I installed iOS 18.4 RC2, RCS stopped working for my Visible line.

iPhone 16 Pro
Visible carrier profile 63.0
iOS 18.4 (22E240)

Visible customer support tried to provision RCS again for my phone today, but it failed. Just fyi in case anyone else is in the same boat.

My RCS status in Settings is now “Waiting for activation…”

Mine seems broken on 18.4 and Verizon ... can't get it to activate. It was working fine after the update until it stopped this afternoon and now I can't activate it anymore. Verizon tried to provision it twice with no success.

Running 18.4 and no issues RCS to/from Android users. I’m on ATT. Not sure about other end. Sounds like a carrier issue? Android users are still green with envy.

I deleted my eSIM and reinstalled it. It’s working again now.

I ended up doing the same thing to fix it.
