Hey does anyone know how to get Roller Coaster Tycoon to work on a Mac, I just got a Mac Mini (BTW if it matters I have Crossover and Crossover Games) and I tried Cider but to no prevail, I really badly want to play RCT, I also have the expansion on another disc if that matters; Loopy landscapes and Corkscrew Follies, I have tried everything. Is there anyway you can show me how to get it working, i would really appreciate that.

And yes I'm taking RCT1 not the mac RCT3
This is one the best pc games and I want to play it on my mac

I'm afraid he may be right, though. RCT1 and RCT2 were never ported to Mac, and unless you can get them running satisfactorily in CrossOver your only option will be to install Windows via Boot Camp.

I didn't want Windows on my Mac either, but I had far to many problems with CrossOver to fully enjoy my games. Those guys are great, but natively was the only way to go to get the most out of performance. Plus I have some Games For Windows Live Games (Bioshock 2, Batman AA, etc.) that will not run on CrossOver at all.

Hope this helps.

You can pick up the mac roller coaster tycoon 3 pretty cheep these days it should work quite well.
