RDM in Application folder?

I was hoping someone could help me figure out what this application is that I just recently found while browsing through my Application folder.

I initially thought that it had something to do with Remote Desktop what's up with that "made by a meandering fool" line in the version field? Hmm.. should I be worried?

Edit: Running 10.8.2 on a rMBP.
