I had sent in my MacBook Air for repair a couple of weeks ago (logic board replacement). When it got back, the "All My Files" search criteria got corrupted somehow and had every file under "Documents". I tried tweaking it to no avail. So I tried poking around /System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app/Contents/Resources/MyLibraries/myDocuments.cannedSearch but that just ended up corrupting "All My Files". Now it's greyed-out in the Go menu, and it's disappeared from the Finder sidebar. How would I go about "resetting" Finder or fixing it somehow? I tried deleting the various Finder preferences, repairing disk permissions & logging in and out –*all to no avail.

For reference, here's a screenshot of Finder and the associated greyed-out button:

See the attached ZIP file.
Backup your old Al My Files folder and replace it with this one.
Run a Disk Utility to repair ownership permissions and logout and in .. this should restore the default search for you.

The ZIP file is too big to attach .. post a message and I can arrange a way to get it to you.
