I see this one in the Apple store at $500 off, or $1599. Has the i7 and 256 solid state drive. May not be the latest release, but it's a 2012 release. I'm an iMac user, but find myself considering a move to a laptop for home use for the first time, although I may still use an external monitor and keyboard for a desktop setup. What do the macbook experts think of this model? Have they had any notable problems with repairs? Any other concerns?

It's a good deal, I would personally get it if I was in the market for the 15" rMBP, but that $1,599 price should drop once the new models are released.
