iPhone RE: backups

my backup are on icloud. i am currently on ios 12.4 xs

i was planning to go to ios 13.1 beta 2 today and planning to restore to ios 13 when it officially comes out on the 19th.

would my icloud backup still work going from 13.1 b2 to ios 13?
