Re-Break Cydia Paid Apps

Hey guys, I did some searches on google and couldn't find anything on what I was looking for. I need to re-jailbreak my phone as Cydia is having problems and I can't figure out what happens to the apps I paid for such as MyWi. Can I re download them or am I stuck paying again?

thanks for the quick response. I have one more question though:

I am rebreaking the phone because I am currently using a few pirated apps from cydia and have gotten then http/1.0.403 error that basically won't let me update or download anything from cydia. Is there a way to still download apps around this block or "hide" my pirated apps so that cydia can't see them and try to update them?
